How To Finish Corian Edges

Before beginning, make sure to clean the tile area thoroughly. Use a shower head to rinse the sandpaper after each step. This will help avoid any accidents and unnecessary damage.

Next, drill small holes into the edge of the tile using your electric drill . The size of these holes will depend on your desired finish: you can make them as tiny as possible or a bit bigger for more precision .

Once you’ve drilled the holes, use your sandpaper to smooth out the edges of the tile. Begin with a medium grit and work your way up to a finer grit if necessary. You don’t want any sharp edges!

keep rinsing the sandpaper in between steps until all traces of dirt and grime are gone

Once you’re finished, seal the tile with polyurethane sealant . This will help keep it clean and looking good for years to come

Tips: The sandpaper I have also turns out to be a great tool for cleaning the tub. Here’s what it looks like when used on ceramic tile and grout in a shower… Ultrasonic Cleaner – For getting an even cleaner slate of tiles, invest in the best chrome plated ultrasonic cleaner you can afford . No matter how hard these shiny things are, they’re easy to clean! If this is your first time working with tile.
